This is windsurfers heaven, Prasonissi beach in Rhodes, Aegean sea (waves) one side and the Med (flatwater) the other, seperated by a small beach, with loads of mobile homes on the free beach. loads of kiters and windsurfers, with 3 hire centres.
Tried a few boards and sails, blasting slalom on Med side and the same on "wave side", wave boards too much like hard work! F5 / F4 all day..4fts on the wave side, 10meter gaps, nice
In offshore wind you track along the beach for a good mile, just inches from the shore, trying to decapitate swimmers (joke boys just joking..)
Too old for jump up music and the ladies but shed loads in Faliraki..:)
The sharp guys were pulling off big tricks, whilst kites were tring to land on the rocks....
